Kraken

Kraken is a centralized exchange based in San Francisco, CA, founded in 2011. Users can trade several cryptocurrencies and various fiat currencies such as USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, CHF, and JPY.
It was the first bitcoin exchange to display its market data on the Bloomberg Terminal, the first to pass a cryptographically verifiable proof-of-reserves audit, and one of the first exchanges to offer leveraged bitcoin margin trading.

Take note that for your API keys to work with CryptoTheorem, set the Nonce Window to at least 10.



Asset Codes

Kraken uses asset codes in front of some pairs as a classification system. Asset codes starting with 'X' represent cryptocurrencies, though this is no longer followed for the newest coins. Asset codes starting with 'Z' represent fiat currencies.

Minimum Order Sizes

Kraken's minimum order volume is denominated in base currency. Refer to their article below for the minimum order size per market.

Transaction Fees

Kraken charges 0.16% on maker fees and 0.26% on taker orders for almost all of their cryptocurrency pairs. At the same time, they charge 0.20% on both maker and taker orders if trading on fiat and stablecoin base currency pairs.

dYdX

dYdX describes itself as a full-featured decentralized exchange (originating from the US) for spot and margin trading. dYdX is built on Ethereum and launched at the beginning of May 2019 with spot and margin trading on ETH-DAI. dYdX claims to offer one of the most liquid order books across decentralized exchanges.

Minimum Order Sizes

Minimum order sizes will vary by trading pair. dYdX has a minimum order of 1 ETH for pairs running with ETH as the base token and 200 DAI for pairs running with DAI as base token.

Transaction Fees

By default, trading fees are 0% for market makers and 0.3% for takers on dYdX. See the article below for more details.

FTX

FTX is a cryptocurrency exchange launched in 2019. It allows users to trade contracts on crypto assets, or buy tokens representing other assets. Its team comes from Wall Street quant firms and tech companies.

The FTX Foundation donates 1% of all net fees to charity, and has earmarked more than \$7 million for "the world's most effective charities" so far.

Creating FTX API keys

The connector is for FTX. The connector will not work with FTX US.
You can create API keys from your FTX profile page. Under the API tab will be a CREATE button.

HitBTC

HitBTC is a leading European bitcoin exchange that provides cryptocurrency trading services to institutional, merchants, and individual traders worldwide. The trading platform was founded in late 2013 and is under the operation of Ullus Corporation.

Creating HitBTC API Keys

1 Log in to your account at https://hitbtc.com/signinapp, then click on settings, click on General Settings (If you do not have an account, you will have to create one and enable 2FA.).
TIP You must enable 2FA in your HitBTC account to create the API key. How to enable 2FA?



2. Click on API keys and then click "New API key"

3. It will show that you have created your API keys. It will now display in your API keys.


4. Enable the permissions for Order book, History, Trading balance, and Place/Cancel orders. Again, 2FA code is needed for enabling permissions.


Now that you have created an API key, connect it to Crypto Theorem.
Make sure you store your Secret Key somewhere secure and do not share it with anyone. Your Secret Key will only be displayed once at the time when you create the API.

Minimum order size varies per market. Also, it's called lot for hitBTC.

The fees for Starter and General accounts are fixed at 0.1% Maker Fee and 0.25% Taker Fee.

Binance

Binance is a global cryptocurrency exchange that provides a platform for trading more than 100 cryptocurrencies. It is considered one of the top cryptocurrency trading platforms by volume. It also serves as a wallet for users who hold accounts on the exchange.
1. Log into your account at https://www.binance.com, then select Account (If you do not have an account, you will have to create one and verify your ID).
TIP: You must enable 2FA in your Binance account to create the API key. How to enable 2FA?
2. Click on API Setting.
3. Enter a key name and click on Create New Key.


4. Enter your 2FA code. Once you pass the authentication, Binance will send a confirmation mail to your registered email inbox. Please click ‚Confirm Create‚ to make the confirmation for the new API creation.


5. Now, you have created an API key. Please note that to trade on Binance using AutoTrader, Enable Trading must be selected


Make sure you store your Secret Key somewhere secure and do not share it with anyone. Your Secret Key will only be displayed once at the time when you create the API.

Sub-Accounts

You can use an API key from a Binance sub-account just like you do for a regular Binance account. Please ensure that you use the sub-account API key and not the master account API key.

Binance US

Operated by BAM Trading Services based in San Francisco, California, Binance.US provides a fast, secure and reliable platform to buy and sell cryptocurrencies in the United States.

1. Log into your account at https://www.binance.us, then select Account>API Management (If you do not have an account, you will have to create one and verify your ID).

Important:

Creating OKEx v5 API Keys

1. Log into your account at https://www.okex.com, then select Account>API (If you do not have an account, you will have to create one and verify your ID).

Coinbase Pro

Based in San Francisco, CA, Coinbase Pro is a widely-used, global cryptocurrency exchange designed for professional traders. It has a reputation for being secure and trustworthy, is regulated in all the jurisdictions in which it operates, and maintains some insurance on assets and deposits.

Creating Coinbase Pro API Keys

1. Log into your Coinbase Pro account, click your avatar and then select API (If you do not have an account, you will have to create one and verify your ID).

2. Click on + NEW API KEY.

Make sure you give permissions to View and Trade, and enter your 2FA code.

Once you pass the authentication, you‚ve created a new API Key!

Your API Secret will be displayed on the screen. Make sure you store your API Secret somewhere secure and do not share it with anyone.

When you close the API Secret screen, your API key will be shown in My API Keys. The code highlighted in red is your API key.

The API Key, Secret, and Passphrase are required for using AutoTrader.

Trading Pair Limitations

Coinbase Pro has trading pair limitations in certain regions. For example, some countries have access to crypto/fiat trading pairs, while other countries can only access crypto/crypto trading pairs.

Running AutoTrader with this connector on a pair that your country has no access to will result in error.

Bittrex is a global, centralized cryptocurrency exchange based in Seattle, USA. It was founded in 2013 and began its operations in 2014. It is an intuitive and easy-to-navigate exchange platform, often finding its way into the top 3 US exchanges in trading volume.

Creating Bittrex API Keys

Log in to https://international.bittrex.com/ or create an account on this page.

NOTE: Ensure first that 2FA is enabled to proceed with the next steps. Refer to this page for more information.

2. Click Account then select API Keys under the site settings section.

3. Add a new key, enable Read Info, and Trade, then save to enter 2FA code.

4. The secret key will only be shown once. Make sure to save and keep this information somewhere safe as it can be used to recover a lost 2FA. In case of a lost security key, delete the API and create a new one. However, it will be impossible to reuse the same API.

Bitfinex

Bitfinex is a cryptocurrency exchange owned and operated by iFinex Inc., headquartered in Hong Kong and registered in the British Virgin Islands.

Bitfinex was founded in December 2012 as a peer-to-peer Bitcoin exchange, offering digital asset trading services to users worldwide. Bitfinex initially started as a P2P margin lending platform for Bitcoin and later added support for more cryptocurrencies.

Creating Bitfinex API Keys

1. Log into your Bitfinex account, click your avatar and then select account, after choose API (If you do not have an account, you will have to create one).

2. Click on Create NEW KEY.

Make sure you give permissions to Read and Write and enter your 2FA code.

Confirm your API-key request bypass the link in the email letter. You will receive a notification: Almost Done! Please check your email to complete the creation of this new API key.

Once you pass the link in an email letter, you've created a new API Key!

Your API Secret will be displayed on the screen. Make sure you store your API Secret somewhere secure and do not share it with anyone.

The API key and API secret key are required for using AutoTrader.

Minimum Order Sizes

Pairs on Bitfinex generally require a minimum order size equivalent to between \$2.5 and more. You can access the minimum order size for a specific token pair using Bitfinex's API at the following URL: https://api-pub.bitfinex.com/v2/conf/pub:info:pair

You can use an application like Postman that gets REST API data or copy and paste the URL in your web browser.

AscendEX employs a tiered VIP transaction fee & rebate structure for both traders and BTMX holders within the AscendEX ecosystem. There is no minimum order quantity for trading fiat currency. Instead, see this page for minimum order sizes on crypto trading pairs.

If the token or trading pair isn't listed in the article, you can also get this information through their public API: https://api.liquid.com/currencies

The minimum order size is the value next to minimum_order_quantity. For example, you're trading ETH-BTC, and ETH, your base currency, is not listed in the above article. Liquid's public API shows the minimum order size of ETH currency is 0.01.
